Any Questions?

What are your attorney fees and costs, and how are they billed?2020-01-18T14:13:01-08:00

We generally use a fixed fee (flat fee) or subscription-based payment options. However, some matters do require billing by the hour.  When possible, you will always know the cost of the matter before we begin.

After signing our client engagement agreement you will receive a trust request for the amount due.  The money will be deposited into a trust account until the work is complete.  Once the work is finished you will receive a bill for the services provided.  We will then withdraw the money from the trust account to pay the amount due.
